Cavity Barriers
Cavity barriers are a passive fire protection system designed to prevent the spread of fire and smoke by segregating void spaces within ceilings, walls and floors.
Penetration Seals
Penetration seals are critical elements of a buildings passive fire protection strategy and are essential to ensure the fire compartment line is maintained in the event of a fire.
Firestopping
Our fire stopping products are rigorously tested to meet industry standards and expertly designed to effectively prevent the spread of fire and smoke through openings and penetrations in buildings.
Structural Steelwork Protection
An important factor of maintaining a building’s structural integrity is protecting and enhancing the fire resistance on the steelwork used to support the floors, walls, roofs and other building systems in the event of a fire.
Fire Compartmentation Surveys
The objective of fire compartmentation is to prevent the spread of smoke, gases, and flames. By subdividing the building with fire resisting construction, escape routes and high-risk or high-value areas are protected to ensure the safety of occupants and prevent extensive losses.
FRA Reports
A Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) is a structured process that evaluates the fire risks present in a property and identifies measures to mitigate those risks.
It involves assessing various factors such as the building’s layout, fire detection systems, emergency exits, fire safety equipment, and potential hazards.
